concerns

well, tumblr’s my place to vent my rants and this is probably the best time to… vent my rant. i will not name specific names and/or places. i will have my right of free speech and everything here is in my own opinion only so don’t take things i say for granted.

and yes, it’s about work. i’ve taken all capitalization out on purpose.

i write availability sheets for a reason.

i write N/A next to the dates i’m available.

if work rosters me on a day i’m unavailable, then i write a note on the board that i can’t turn up.

4 DAYS LATER (yesterday) that note’s still up, and i haven’t been replaced.

yesterday, somebody put ‘replace’ next to my name because i told them that i wasnt available

today, the day that i was unavailable and was rostered on, i get a call at 5:10pm (10 minutes after my rostered time) from work.

i didn’t pick up, but it lead me to assume that they didn’t know EVEN when there was a 'replace’ next to my name on the roster, and a note was right in front of their faces for 5 FRICKEN DAYS.

the management, seriously, is starting to really piss me off with their calls on days and days when i’m unavailable

thinking of quitting, unless they get their act together real quick.
